Free Performance Marketing Calculators & Tools
A small set of calculators for the questions media buyers actually get asked: is this campaign profitable, what can we afford to pay for a lead, and are we going to land on budget. Each one connects media spend to leads, revenue and commercial outcomes rather than to platform vanity metrics. Free, no sign-up, and every calculation runs in your browser.

How these are built
Every calculator uses standard, publicly documented marketing finance formulas, with no proprietary scoring and no black box. Each page shows the exact expressions it evaluates and a worked example with real arithmetic you can check by hand.
Where a metric is commonly misused, the page says so. ROAS is shown next to the break-even ROAS your margin requires, because a 4x return means opposite things at a 30% and an 80% margin. CPA is shown next to the lead-to-customer rate that drives it, because optimising cost per lead in isolation is the most reliable way to make cost per acquisition worse.
Division by zero returns n/a rather than a nonsense figure, and inputs that would produce impossible outputs (more customers than leads, an end date before a start date) are flagged rather than silently computed.

Your numbers stay on your device
These calculators run entirely in your browser using ordinary JavaScript. There is no backend, no API call and no database. Nothing you type is transmitted, stored or logged, so you can put real client budgets into them without a data-sharing conversation.
The one exception is deliberate: the “copy shareable link” button encodes your inputs into the URL so you can send a populated calculator to a colleague. That link contains your figures, so only share it with people who should see them.

Where these fit
A calculator answers a question at a point in time. Getting trustworthy inputs in the first place is the harder problem, and it is the one I spend most of my time on. The capabilities section covers the measurement work that produces reliable attributed revenue, and marketing systems covers the automation that keeps CRM revenue flowing back to the ad platforms that generated it.
If a number here does not match what your platform reports, that gap is usually the interesting finding. Get in touch and we can work out why.

These calculators are provided for planning and estimation. They run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, stored, or logged. Results depend on the accuracy of the figures you enter and on how your platforms attribute revenue. They are not financial, accounting or legal advice.
